Our Type II TINKER Cord is the Original TINKER, made in the USA.
The Type II TINKER Cord has an approximate diameter of 3mm and a breaking strength of around 192kg/425lbs. It is made of 100% Nylon and consists of 3 plyed yarns at the core and 16 braided strands.
Our Type II TINKER Cord is especially tear resistant and perfectly suited for crafting bracelets, braiding survival bracelets, dog collars, dog leashes, horse headcollars, lead ropes and much more.
Our Type II TINKER Cord does not rot, is quick drying, does not fade and can be washed at 30°C.
However, it should not be used for climbing or other life-support applications.
